Part-time Marketing Assistant role available for high calibre candidate (part-time/self employed)

New Temple Chambers is committed to recruiting people of the highest calibre as this is fundamental to the continued success of chambers. Chambers is situated in The Gherkin at 30 St Mary’s Axe in the City of London. 
Chambers is currently seeking an extremely hard working and committed marketing assistant on a self employed basis.

  • Applicants must be flexible and work will generally be carried during the day and some evenings during the week (i.e. after 6pm) and some weekends

Duties will include

  • Assisting with designing content for digital media, print media and chambers website.
  • Assist with curating content for New Temple Chambers’ social media accounts.
  • Schedule content to post on all of New Temple Chambers social media channels and website. 
  • Assist internal chambers team to monitor social media accounts and engage with key audiences to raise awareness of chambers services.
  • Assist with drafting copy for chambers’ website, social media channels, newsletters, conferences and marketing material.  
  • Assisting with chambers marketing campaigns. 
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities and opportunities.   
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding of chambers.
  • Attendance at chambers events.  
  • Assisting chambers with the implementation of chambers’ business development and marketing plan.
  • Assisting chambers with Chambers’ marketing activities at events, functions and seminars etc
  • Experience and knowledge of PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Excel etc
  • Maintaining confidentiality.
  • Updating client databases.
  • Will include prioritising and organising work to achieve objectives and tasks on time.
  • Working collaboratively in a team.
  • Assist with a range of administrative duties as directed.
  • Using initiative and/or creativity to resolve problems.
