Annual Construction Law Conference

New Temple Chambers’ annual construction law conference will provide an annual update on a variety of subjects in construction and engineering law, adjudication, mediation, litigation, arbitration. Topics to be covered include, updates on standard forms of contract, JCT Contracts, NEC Contracts, FIDIC contracts, payment, extensions of time, loss and/or expense, compensation events, practical completion, late completion, damages, caselaw and dispute resolution.
