2.1 – New Temple Chambers is registered via the Head of Chambers, Charles Edwards with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a Data Controller for the Personal Data that it holds and processes. Our registration number is ZA029664 and our Data Protection Officer is Charles Edwards, the Head of Chambers.
2.2 – New Temple Chambers is a specialist set of Barristers’ chambers specialising in Construction and Engineering. All barristers practising from this set of chambers are self-employed individuals.
2.3 – New Temple Chambers is responsible for providing the management and administrative support functions on behalf of all barristers practising from New Temple Chambers for all matters where such barristers are instructed through New Temple Chambers.

- You may have provided your personal business details to New Temple Chambers in relation to instructing a Barrister or for communicating with a Barrister regarding legal advice.
- You may have provided your personal business contract details in relation to legal updates, seminars, events, marketing, and business development opportunities.
- If you have completed ‘Contact Forms’ on our website, we may collect the information you provide, such as your name, position, company, and contact details, to respond to your queries or provide requested services or information.
- If you register for a seminar or event, we may share your name, professional title, and company details with other attendees. We may also collect limited personal data at events or through introductions, networking, email, or social media.
