Charles is first-class dual-qualified construction barrister and a legal expert in construction and engineering law. Charles is the founder of New Temple Chambers, a barristers chambers specialising exclusively in construction and engineering law, chancery and commercial litigation. Charles has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and provides first class training in all aspects of construction and engineering law.
