New Temple Chambers’ Annual Construction Law Conference 2025 will provide an annual update on in construction and engineering law, adjudication, dispute resolution, litigation, arbitration. Topics to be covered include, updates on standard forms of contract, JCT2024 Contracts (JCT Standard Building Contract 2025, JCT Design & Build Contract 2025, JCT Intermediate Form 2025), NEC4 Contracts, FIDIC2017 contracts (FIDIC Yellow Book 2017 and FIDIC Red Book 2017), payment, extensions of time, loss and/or expense, compensation events, practical completion, late completion, damages, caselaw and dispute resolution.
